• Candidate requirements;
• Preferably 2 years previous experience as a Vineyard Worker
• Familiarity with the agriculture
• Truck / Driver license
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• The ability to lift heavy objects
• The ability to remain on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to understand, read & write in English or Afrikaans
• Willing to learn
• Willing to work overtime (including weekends)
• Basic understanding / knowledge of irrigation
• Honest, Flexibility and Accountability
• Punctual & self-disciplined.
• Operate and maintain tractors and other farm machinery safely and efficiently
• Assist with vineyard activities such as spraying, soil preparation, and harvesting
• Transport equipment, materials, and produce around the farm as required
• Perform basic maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
