Property Co-Ordinator – Salt River, Cape Town – R15 000 Per Month

We are urgently looking for an experienced Property Co-Ordinator for our buildings in the Western Cape. Applicants must have no criminal record or been blacklisted by a credit bureau. The applicant must have a valid and unendorsed driver's license. The incumbent must have at least 5-8 years of experience in all the following areas :

Duties & Responsibilities

• In & Out inspections of units
• Checking on cleaners
• Inspect and check on Buildings / General
• Inspect all units once / twice a year
• Check the legitimacy of tenants once / twice a year
• General survey with tenants yearly
• Show units to prospective tenants
• Complete application forms and forward to the Head Office
• Tenant meetings
• Property administration
• Enforce contractual obligations
• Ensure rules and regulations are followed by tenants
• MRI system knowledge
• Critical Performance Areas :
• Rent collections
• Inspect buildings
• Check legitimacy of tenants
• Lease agreements signed and up to date
• In and out inspections
