Assist clients with workstation and printer issues remotely.
Software / Application Support
Managing the printing infrastructure.
Hardware support
Providing technical hardware support, repairing printers, managing waste toner errors, paper jams and all service-related errors on printers.
Logging toner calls, replacing toners, replenishing stock, stock control.
Onsite support
Engaging with clients in person, participating in projects and special support requirements.

Job Description :

Remote Support

Assist clients with workstation and printer issues remotely.

Software / Application Support

Managing the printing infrastructure.

Hardware support

Providing technical hardware support, repairing printers, managing waste toner errors, paper jams and all service-related errors on printers.

Toner Support

Logging toner calls, replacing toners, replenishing stock, stock control.

Onsite support

Engaging with clients in person, participating in projects and special support requirements.

Reporting

Application data capturing and processing. Supplying data to Management Team or end user based on requirements.

Daily environmental checks.

VIP Support

Providing high end technical support to Group Executives.

Managing escalation tickets.

Monitoring

Monitoring toner levels for all printer cartridges.

Physical Hardware

Network to the printer

Server Support
