Maintain a high happiness baseline, handle high‑pressure situations calmly, and provide candid feedback. Work directly with Founding Partners with a track record of three exits and eight companies. Low to no bureaucracy. Accelerate personal and career growth. Work remotely on CET times. Executive Full‑time Other IT Services and IT Consulting

Responsibilities
- Discover attractive market opportunities, Jobs To Be Done / customer pain points, and business models for new high‑margin digital‑first companies. Identify the problems we are solving, the target audience, the reason, and market size.
- Define the value proposition, go‑to‑market strategy, roadmap, and financial model. Include unit economics, scaling levers, and success metrics for 1‑3 years.
- Launch and iterate on the Minimum Lovable Product / Service (MLP / S) using low / no‑code tools. Measure the KPIs that matter.
- Lead as an interim founder until external leadership is hired. Help recruit and support existing ventures when needed.
- Rinse and repeat.
