Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Client Manager to join our Client Management Team within the Non-Life business. The successful candidate will manage a substantial portfolio of clients and identify opportunities for growth and partnership. This role involves developing strong client relationships, driving business value, and maintaining a leading position in the market. The Client Manager will report to the Client Management Executive and will not have direct reports.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand the company’s strategy, value proposition, sales approach, and competitive positioning.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ business strategies, financial objectives, and decision-making processes.
- Analyse market trends, competitive activity, and the broker environment to identify growth opportunities.
- Formulate and execute strategies to strengthen and expand client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Underwriting and Consulting, to develop renewal strategies and deliver optimal outcomes for both clients and the business.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that enhance the company’s value proposition and service offering.
- Promote the company’s brand and value propositions through multiple channels, including events, conferences, and social media.
- Establish best practices for CRM-driven engagement and strengthen client communication processes.
- Build knowledge across all lines of business and demonstrate an understanding of reinsurance structures and risk management.
Requirements :
Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a professional designation preferred.Minimum of 5 years of in-depth experience in the Non-Life (re)insurance sector.Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.Excellent presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to engage at C-suite level.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and abstract reasoning abilities.Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Consultative approach with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.Benefits :
