You will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy — identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional candidates who align with our culture and long-term business goals. - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing to onboarding.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements.
- Writing and delivering creative, engaging job adverts to attract high-quality candidates.
- Sourcing candidates directly through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Managing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate pipelines.
- Screening, shortlisting, and assessing applicants for alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Coordinating interviews, feedback, and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Building and maintaining talent pools for critical and recurring roles.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives to enhance our presence across digital and professional platforms.
- Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
\u2018You\'ll need : \u2019
Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter, or similar talent acquisition role.Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CV databases.Strong ability to craft compelling job adverts and creative outreach messages.Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent tools for direct sourcing.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage competing priorities.Confident, professional, and approachable demeanour.What do we offer you?
