HRIS Implementation Specialist - Core HCM
The HRIS Implementation Specialist - Core HCM is responsible for supporting the migration, configuration, and implementation of the Core Human Capital Management (HCM) module. This role ensures the accuracy of employee master data, organizational structure, and system workflows while supporting a seamless transition from the legacy system.
Responsibilities
- Support configuration of employee data, position management, and organizational hierarchies.
- Support and manage data migration and validation for employee records and organizational structures.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to define business rules and workflows.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Support system go-live, troubleshoot post-implementation issues, and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with data governance and audit standards.
Qualifications
3–5 years of HRIS or HCM implementation experience (Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, etc.)Strong understanding of HR data structures and employee lifecycle processes.Proficiency in data migration, validation, and reporting.Preferred Skills
HRIS or relevant system experience.Experience in HR transformation or global HCM deployments.Seniority level
