Working on behalf of our client we are seeking an individual who can drive the Order to Cash process deliver top-tier customer service and lead service implementation with precision and speed. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the digital future of the continent.

Key Duties :

• Coordinate the service delivery of strategic high-revenue projects
• Drive the Order to Cash process ensuring timely delivery and revenue realisation
• Engage cross-functional teams and manage internal / external escalations
• Lead customer engagements ensuring effective communication and satisfaction
• Manage third-party vendors to meet service requirements
• Support the bid office with RFP responses
• Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Represent the business in customer meetings reinforcing commitment and trust
• Continuously drive service improvements and efficiencies
