Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior Contact Centre roles, including :
Job posting and advertising
Candidate sourcing and screeningInterview coordination and facilitationOffer negotiation and onboarding supportUtilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract top talent.Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Provide market insights and recruitment analytics to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.Performance Parameters
Meeting set targets on a monthly basis.Offer to Joining Ratio of the offers made.Quality of candidates hired and on‑boarded.Number of defects against number of offers made.100% adherence to compliance requests and policy.Deliver on intakes within timelines and at high quality level.Seniority Level
