Junior Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate

Maintain and improve systems and internal solutions using SharePoint and SQL

Identify automation opportunities across departments and translate business needs into technical workflows

Collaborate within agile teams and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives

Document processes, workflows and technical specifications for deployed solutions

Monitor and fine-tune automation flows to ensure optimal performance

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation processes

Minimum Requirements

Diploma in IT or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or higher is advantageous)

1–2 years’ experience in automation, business process improvement, or systems development

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate (Microsoft Flow)

Experience with SharePoint (creation, management, integration)

Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data queries and manipulation

Exposure to Agile methodologies (working within sprints)

Basic understanding of JIRA (advantageous)
