Global Payroll and Benefits Manager

Overview

Robin AI is a pioneer in Legal AI, aimed at rebuilding the legal industry by making contracts simple. We are seeking a Global Payroll and Benefits Manager to lead our global payroll operations and benefits administration across multiple jurisdictions, including South Africa, the UK, and the US. This role offers an opportunity to shape the compensation and benefits strategy in a fast-growing tech environment, working closely with the People team to optimise our global rewards approach.

What will you do as a Global Payroll and Benefits Manager?

As a Global Payroll and Benefits Manager at Robin AI, you will be instrumental in leading our global payroll operations and benefits administration across multiple jurisdictions. You\'ll oversee end-to-end payroll processes, design and implement benefits programs, and ensure compliance with local regulations in all our operating countries.

This role encourages cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless payroll operations, optimise our benefits packages for competitiveness and employee satisfaction, and support the finance team with payroll reconciliation and reporting requirements.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Manage global payroll processing across South Africa, UK, and US jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Design, implement and administer employee benefits programs across multiple countries
• Partner with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless payroll operations
• Lead the review and optimisation of our benefits packages to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors and benefits providers
• Maintain and optimise data management across our HRIS systems (HiBob)
• Ensure compliance with local employment, tax, and benefits regulations in all operating countries
• Provide expert guidance to leadership on compensation and benefits matters
• Support finance team with payroll reconciliation and reporting requirements
• Lead payroll-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
