We’re looking for a Recruitment Data Entry & Compliance Administrator to join our growing team supporting a U.S.-based client that specializes in placing travel healthcare therapists across the United States.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient in Excel, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and consistency. This role plays a key part in ensuring that job data, compliance records, and submission processes run smoothly and accurately.
PLEASE NOTE :
- Working Hours : This role requires you to work EST hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00 to 24h00 South African time - subject to change in accordance with daylight savings in the United States).
- You will be required to work on both South African and US public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA)
- Internet Requirements : A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup : A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages . Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
- Work Environment : This is a fully remote working role.

Data Entry & Job ManagementEnter and update job information accurately on internal systemsEnsure job posts sync correctly to job boards and appear as expectedCommunicate with clients to confirm or adjust job details when neededIdentify and resolve posting or syncing issues promptlyCompliance & DocumentationConduct background checks and verify documentation for compliance purposesCollect, review, and organize credentials and forms from candidatesMaintain accurate compliance records and track upcoming deadlinesSubmission & Collections SupportAssist in preparing candidate submissions when team members are unavailableVerify all information and documents are complete and error-free before submissionSupport the collections process (when needed), following up on outstanding items professionallyRequirements
