About You

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented employee with a passion for working with people. You like being hands on and enjoy being the glue that holds various things together.

This is an entry-level position for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Picking and processing of “late” orders that require dispatch.
• Scanning of incoming and outgoing transfers
• Finding issues with orders and resolving them before they become late or queried.
• Liaising with the SQ team in Cape Town on orders that require dispatch & supplier delivery ETA issues.
• Helping the Customer Service team with orders that need special attention.
• Keeping an eye on possible supplier issues that can result in late orders.
• Searching for stock that’s needed to fulfil orders, not reflecting on the system.
• Requesting stock from other departments or from the CPT DC to fulfil orders.
• Resolving issues with orders with an SQ status.
• Occasionally dispatching replacement items in orders.
• Having an idea of what the DC is receiving daily and checking if the stock is being dispatched.
• Occasionally looking into parcels that are not tracking and resolve the issue / s if possible.
