Financial Manager - Accounting & Reporting

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, comprehensive, and timely management accounts, budgets / forecasts, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and controls, as well as accounting standards, statutory audits, and good codes of practice.
• Ensure tax compliance and liaise with the tax authority on any related matters.
• Provide assistance and advice on administrative, accounting, tax, computer systems, and procedures to management and staff.
• Monitor cash, debtors, and investment performance on an ongoing basis and provide advice and take corrective action where necessary.
• Manage the Finance Department (10 staff) in terms of its human resources, including performance management, training, and development.
