Duties & Responsibilities
Input pricing into the systemCapture, load and input deals into systemSubmit weekly pre-pricing to all relevant call centres on weekly basisManage and collate price changes and deals, and implement into the systemMaintain electronicc and paper-based customer records and informationVerify pricing discounts with relevant account manager and implementEnsure that all claims are updated and submitted timeously to relevant partiesFollow-up with customers on outstanding invalid claimsEnsure that all outstanding claims are signed off and submitted for paymentsClear claims from system within 60 daysCo-ordinate, plan and prepare for all meetings and presentationsComplete reconciliation statements for designed managersTrack and capture team expenditure into the systemManage and maintain SKU works library to ensure images are up to dateEnsure all new product listings are inputted into the systemPrepare sales and promotional documentation for management meetingsMonitor customer montlhy tracking reportsAssist with procurement order placements for various requrementsPosition Details
