Overview

Estou em busca de um(a) freelancer talentoso(a) e organizado(a) para atuar como Social Media e Designer, com foco em edição de vídeo e criação de posts para nossas redes sociais.

O objetivo principal é transformar nosso conteúdo bruto em materiais dinâmicos e envolventes, que cativem a audiência e fortaleçam minha presença online. O conteúdo será sobre carreira, performance & liderança.

Responsibilities

  • Receber vídeos gravados (conteúdo para Reels e TikTok) e realizar edições dinâmicas e envolventes, garantindo um fluxo visual atraente.
  • Criar cortes menores a partir de vídeos mais longos, adaptando-os para os formatos específicos de Reels, TikTok e Shorts, otimizando o engajamento em cada plataforma.
  • Desenvolver artes visuais para diversas finalidades, incluindo capas de vídeo, carrosséis, posts estáticos e outros materiais gráficos. O trabalho será realizado utilizando ferramentas como Canva ou Adobe Photoshop, com base em minhas fotos e identidade visual.
  • Prestar suporte na programação das postagens, auxiliando na elaboração de legendas, seleção de hashtags relevantes e organização do cronograma de publicação.
  • Criar posts de leitura e reflexão, diversificando o feed com diferentes formatos de conteúdo além dos vídeos.

Qualifications

  • Possuir noções sólidas sobre o funcionamento e as melhores práticas das redes sociais, especialmente Instagram e TikTok.
  • Experiência comprovada em edição de vídeo, utilizando ferramentas como CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve ou softwares similares.
  • Ter um olhar apurado para design, com capacidade de entregar posts visualmente atraentes e profissionais, mesmo sem ser um(a) artista gráfico(a) formal.
  • Ser proativo(a), organizado(a) e com forte compromisso em cumprir prazos estabelecidos.
