Internal Revenue Operations Manager
The Internal Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for transforming how SaaScend operates internally; building better processes, driving data-driven decision-making, and leading internal enablement. This is not a client-facing role, but one that directly impacts how every team, from Sales to Consulting to Project Management, operates.
You will own the roadmap for internal efficiency, reporting, and operational intelligence. You’ll work closely with leadership to identify bottlenecks, design solutions, and ensure we’re running as effectively as we help our clients to.
Responsibilities
Process Design & Optimization
Map, document, and improve end-to-end internal processes across Sales, Delivery, and Operations.
Enablement & Training
Create and maintain internal SOPs, documentation, and onboarding materials.
Tooling & Automation
Evaluate and implement new tools that improve efficiency and scalability.
Strategic Planning & Roadmapping
Co‑own the internal RevOps roadmap with leadership.
