Press Shop Foreman

Responsibilities

• Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings;
• Liaising with Production teams;
• Overseeing the fabrication team, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Managing resources, optimizing equipment utilization and control costs within the press shop.
• Managing machine maintenance schedules and tool requirements.
• Monitor and report on machine utilization and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance management.
