Job Description
Your responsibilities will be the following :
- Architectural design and project management from concept to completion
- Preparing and managing submittals
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and collaborating with various stakeholders including client liaison.
- Will work on Stages 3 6 of project development
- Contract Administration JBCC
- Dealing directly with clients
- Attend Site meetings
Qualifications
BSc ArchitectureSACAP RegisteredSkills
Minimum 7 years experience in ArchitectureJBCC Contract Admin Experience (Non-Negotiable)Proficient in Revit, BIM 3D Modelling and AutoCADIn depth knowledge of SANS 10400 national building regulations
