Senior Design Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Design Architect with 5-10 years of professional experience, including direct work on U.S. projects. Strong technical knowledge of building systems is essential, along with proficiency in Revit 3D modeling and AutoCAD , plus proven experience producing construction documents to U.S. codes . This role requires precision, problem-solving, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to deliver code-compliant design packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and / or construction.
• Demonstrated experience preparing construction documents for U.S. projects (required).
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (required).
• Thorough knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination processes.
• Familiarity with U.S. building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards (IBC, ADA, local codes).
• English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
