Facilities & Procurement Coordinator

Overview

The Facilities & Support Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of facility management and support services, ensuring that the workplace is safe, efficient, and well-maintained. The role includes safe transportation of SDC Staff using the company bus daily, liaising with service providers, managing maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting day-to-day operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Company Transportation Responsibilities

• Ensure company vehicles fleet are well maintained and services scheduled on time.
• Maintain accurate records of Vehicle Inspection Checklists and perform pre- and post-inspections with vehicle users and report defaults daily.
• Ensure Roadworthiness of company vehicles.
• Transport staff to and from work at approved pick-up and drop-off areas.
• Keep staff records of bus travelling employees.
• Must have own transportation to and from the bus parking area.
• Handle logistical support for office moves, renovations, and refurbishments, and procurement (with company vehicle).
