Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Virtual Office Assistantto join a dynamic UK-based company.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations.

A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative or clerical role is required.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrganise and manage digital files, documents, and records efficiently
Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and calendar management
Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Provide general office support, including preparing documents and presentations
Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders via email and phone
Conduct online research and compile relevant information as needed
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all administrative processes
Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop computer
