Broker – Risk (Life) & Commercial Short-Term Insurance - Western Cape (Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Broker to join our team, specialising in Risk (Life) and Commercial Short-Term Insurance . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building long-term client relationships, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring clients’ peace of mind through expert advice.
About the Role :
As a Broker in our company, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, structuring suitable cover, and delivering exceptional after-sales service. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client portfolio, ranging from individuals to corporate businesses, ensuring they are protected against life’s uncertainties and commercial risks.
Minimum Requirements :
- NQF 5 and RE 5
- Relevant degree in : Financial Management, Economics, Business Administration
- At least 2 years’ proven experience as a Broker
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
