As a General Manager, you will be looking after your new store being fully accountable for the smooth running of the business, managing great shifts, while cooking and serving and succeeding together with your team members (also called Chimu), being passionate about serving the best food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere to give our guests an unforgettable experience each visit (in Japan, this is called Kando).
