POSITION INFO : Job Summary :

As a Senior Spa Therapist , you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, ensuring guests receive a rejuvenating and relaxing experience. You’ll work closely with the Spa team to uphold the high standards of the spa and contribute to a seamless guest journey.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone with strong technical skills, a caring nature, and a genuine passion for wellness and guest satisfaction.

Requirements :

• A relevant, accredited two-year national or international certificate or diploma in beauty therapy.
• At least five years’ practical experience in a professional beauty salon or spa environment.
• Aesthetic qualifications preferred.
• Previous experience working at reception or in the front office, preferably in a environment.
• Ability to perform all spa treatments, including but not limited to advanced skincare, body treatments, and nail treatments.
• Computer literacy with a working knowledge of booking systems.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude : energetic, goal-driven, and reliable.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
