Findojobs South AfricaSouth AfricaQualifications and Skills : Minimum Grade 12 certificate. Fire Fighter 1 & Fire Fighter 2. Valid certification for Dangerous Goods Awareness and Responder. Basic Ambulance Assistant Certification registered with HPCSA valid membership card. Valid certification and qualifications for Incident Management [RIMS] Good written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent customer relation skills. Good listening skills Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure. Must be in possession of a valid Code 10 / C1 unendorsed drivers license & PRDP for minimum 2 years. Able to work shifts. Certificate of medical fitness. Responsibilities : Patrolling designated section of N3 Route. Assisting road users in case of breakdowns with petrol, water and changing tyres etc. Responding to incidents and providing first aid where necessary. Performing scene safety and a pre-warning to secure accident / incidents. Extinguish grass and vehicle fires where required. Removal of objects which may threaten the safety of road users Maintain cleanliness and care of vehicle / s, tools and all equipment. Record and report all damages, shortages and incidents to Specialist Incident Manager.
