Job Description One of our 5* Game Lodge Clients in the Eastern Cape are seeking Chefs – Chef de Partie to Senior Sous Chef Level. Relevant duties within each of these roles will apply. Meal preparation and presentations. Hygiene maintenance. Stock control, menu planning, interacting with guests at service times. Previous experience within similar roles within similar type remote 5* Establishments required. Qualifications Professional Cookery Qualifications. Skills Great Cooking Skills. Hands On. Good Presentation skills. Creative. Skilled in Kitchen Admin, Stock Control, Ordering and staff supervision for more senior roles.
