Responsible for the administration and management of the customer quotation process; to ensure the highest level of quality service through the accurate and on-time delivery of all customer quotes to ultimately achieve increased revenue through sales. Responsible for the administrative onboarding and data management of all customers. Provide administrative support to our clients’ development teams. Provide internal sales support in the absence of the internal sales staff. Coordinate special projects. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer service, increase sales and efficiency and the overall profitability of the business.

Qualifications and Experience required :
Grade 12 supported by a sales support or administrative qualification / certificationAt least 3 years in a similar role ideally in a business-to-business technical sales environmentGood commercial acumenExcellent administrative and organisational skillsExcellent written and spoken skills in EnglishAdvanced skills in MS Office suiteAt least average typing speed with high accuracyProven skills in data research and analyticsCompetence in Adobe software and familiarity with privacy legislation (POPI) would be advantageous.Understanding of CRM and ERP systemsResponsibilities :
