Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, tender processing, quoting, capturing orders, and client communication.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Handle general office duties, including managing calls, emails, and delivery scheduling.
- Act as receptionist : manage incoming calls, assist walk-in customers, and redirect queries accordingly.
Requirements
Minimum qualification : Grade 12.Proven interest in sales and administration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in Afrikaans and English .Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Pastel knowledge is an advantage).Own transport is essential.Working Hours
