Internal Sales Administrator - Cape Town

Job description25 years internal sales experience (local / technical sales) Knowledge of Microsoft Office Understanding of inventory control ERP systems knowledge (e.g., Sage X3 advantageous) Receive and process sales orders Handle sales order processing and customer queries promptly Follow up on back orders Arrange product and marketing samples as requested Liaise with stores regarding incoming stock and customer deliveries Assist sales teams as required Support with stock take activities Assist with debtor collections on an ongoing basis Execute tasks for other divisions as required Provide support to other branches Undertake additional duties as directed within scope
Qualifications
- Matric (essential)
- Relevant Diploma advantageous
