• Lead and optimise secured lending and collections strategies across the retail and commercial portfolios.

• Partner with analytics, credit risk, and operations to develop data-driven strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee end-to-end credit lifecycle management, from origination to recoveries.
• Present insights and strategies to executive leadership and drive strategic initiatives across the business.

Job Experience and Skills Required :

Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field (essential).

Minimum of 8+ years experience in banking or financial services.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, SAS, or Python advantageous.
