A well-established manufacturing group is seeking an experienced Payroll and IR Administrator to join their team. We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented all-rounder who can manage the full wages payroll process and handle Industrial Relations administration.

Contracts updates (Fixed, Permanent and Project contracts)
Personal Details updatesBanking detailsID, Passport and work permits updatesStaff benefits updates (Provident Fund Details)Updated leave forms and disciplinary formsWages PayrollClocking’s and / or timesheetsCalculations of hours
Report absenteeism and late comingCompile hours report / sheet for payrollManage and report overtimeManage leave paymentsStaff LoansLegal ComplianceSafetyEmployment Equity

Qualifications
A relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantageProven experience in payroll administration (manufacturing environment an advantage)Strong knowledge of labour laws and IR practicesAccuracy, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
