Working Setup : 40 hours per week Mondays to Fridays 09 : 00 to 18 : 00.

The Role :
As an Employer of Record (EOR) Business Development Representative (BDR) your primary mission is to drive business growth by proactively generating and nurturing qualified opportunities. You will be responsible for making 85 calls per day with the goal of booking high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers on a rotational basis.
The effectiveness of your booked appointments will directly influence the success of client activations measured when a client hires their first employee through our services.
Core Purpose :
To drive business growth by proactively generating and nurturing qualified leads. The success of this role is directly measured by the number of high-quality appointments you book for the Business Development Managers which ultimately leads to new client short you are the front line of The Legends Agency responsible for filling the sales pipeline and creating the initial opportunities for the company to secure new clients.
