• Achievement of parts and service revenue and profitability targets, GP & operating profit for entire Power service operations in South Africa, including support of Perkins engines.
• Achieve operational KPIs and manage resources and people effectively.
• Build effective relationships with external and internal customers and stakeholders.
• Foster a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability.
• Implement and manage SHEQ and ISO standards.
