Operations Manager (CBOM)

Our Client

Our client is one of the largest producers of leather for furniture upholstery. We have a great opportunity at a new manufacturing tannery / plant for a young candidate who would like to grow and develop within.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties will include but not limited to :

• Managing and overseeing all aspects of production from start to finish
• Maintaining and improving productivity and efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Implementing and monitoring production schedules
• Providing leadership and guidance to the production team
• Reporting to the CEO on production performance and any issues or concerns

Overall, we are seeking a candidate who is proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to driving success in the manufacturing tannery / plant.
