Lead AI Scientist – AI Product Division

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI Scientist to lead our AI product division, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered products and solutions that drive business growth and innovation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering impactful AI projects. The Lead AI Scientist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business development, to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and develop strategic plans to execute on these opportunities.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the AI product division, setting the strategic direction and vision for AI-powered products and solutions
• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms that drive business growth and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and develop strategic plans to execute on these opportunities
• Develop and manage a team of AI engineers and data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in AI products and solutions
• Work closely with product managers to develop AI-powered product roadmaps and prioritize features and requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineering teams
• Communicate complex AI concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and product managers
• Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines for AI product development
