We have a great opportunity for a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join Wyzetalk. As a Sales Development Representative you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing relationships, and managing a portfolio of prospects and partners. You’ll work closely with potential customers to deeply understand their challenges and showcase how our platform can be the solution they need. With a focus on building long-lasting relationships, you will lead direct sales efforts and support our existing partner network.
This is a medior to senior-level role, ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales and / or partner management, particularly in the technology or SaaS space.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development & Prospecting
Identify, engage, and qualify new leads and business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
Consultative Selling, Negotiation & Closing
Understand the specific challenges and pain points faced by prospective clients in large and enterprise organizations. Propose tailored solutions that align with their business goals using our platform’s capabilities. Lead contract negotiations with a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Relationship Building & Account Management
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and influencers in target accounts. Serve as a trusted partner in conversations, guiding them through the sales process. Own the sales cycle from initial contact to close and potentially expansion, with a focus on ensuring client success and long-term satisfaction.
Partner Management
Effectively manage and support reseller and referral partners, ensuring they are empowered to introduce and sell our product. This will involve regular check-ins (approximately one day a week) and facilitating partner success.
Cross-team Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure alignment on messaging and product positioning, and provide feedback to improve the sales process.
