Sales Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a busy Tyre & Fitment Centre in Eastern Cape

Duties :

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of all departments.
• Manage and motivate staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Drive sales by implementing promotions, visiting corporate clients / fleet companies, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Analyse financial reports, manage budgets, control expenditure, and monitor stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality management, and operational policies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolve queries, and ensure service excellence.
• Monitor, analyse, and act on sales / stock reports to achieve performance and profitability targets.
