Job descriptionEnsuring accurate documentation and tariff application Managing relationships with freight service providers Reconciling costings and payments Keeping systems up to date Supporting operational continuity through reliable inbound logistics Required : Matric (Grade 12) Preferred : Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade Advantageous : Training in Incoterms, Customs, Import / Export Regulations 3–5 years in shipping / logistics operations, preferably in retail or FMCG Experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, and handling bonded goods SA customs regulations and international trade compliance HS codes, duties, VAT implications, bonded / rebate goods processes ERP and logistics systems : Oracle, TradeCloud, Sage Proficient in MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) Familiar with online logistics and SARS portals Systems : Oracle, Sage, TradeCloud Excellent written and verbal communication High numerical accuracy and analytical thinking Effective time management and task prioritization Sound decision-making and problem-solving Strong service orientation and teamwork Flexibility and adaptability to change Transportation / Logistics jobs
