Job Summary

To manage the telesales department to ensure that all orders are correctly processed, queries are resolved to meet required service delivery levels and maintain customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To achieve the set sales targets for the department to increase revenue through excellent customer service and management of the sales process within the telesales department.
• To support marketing initiatives for ARG, by ensuring stock is available and well-coordinated for the Sales Team to use as required to support the drive to increase the business market share.
• To ensure that all customer queries and requests are actioned or resolved in a professional and timely manner by the team to ensure customer satisfaction so that sales targets are achieved for the purpose of growing the business.
• To take full responsibility for the administration, filing and reporting for the telesales team to ensure that correct information is readily available to assist other stakeholders in increasing the market share, ensuring that all relevant company standards and policies are adhered to at all times.
• To accurately coordinate and process credit notes according to company policy and procedure to ensure overall accurate billing and customer satisfaction.
• To ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to support effective decision making for the business.
