Call Center Sales Team Leader
Based at our Head Office in Rosebank, Gauteng, you will be required to :
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all Bench Mark targets are consistently met within every measurement period
- Ensuring that leads are effectively managed and maintained to reach the required conversions
- Ensuring compliance with : – Cartrack Policies and Procedures
- Keeping the team motivated and committed to achieving set goals
- Providing on-going, continuous feedback to senior management
- Providing on-going, continuous guidance to consultants
- Maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and other departments
- Being a role model for staff and an example of how results are achieved
- Constant monitoring of activity levels and productivity of staff
- Generating Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
- Effective management of staff-related issues, including Performance Management and Disciplinary procedures
- Investigation and implementation of new initiatives to enhance the running of the department and the generation of sales
- Close involvement in the recruitment of staff members
Experience and requirements
Proven track record of leadership skillsMinimum matric / Degree advantageousMin 3 years within a Call Centre Sales Team Leader roleGood understanding of the various competitor offeringsMust be able to develop and grow long-term relationships with customersBe willing to work with sales persons and help them develop their own knowledge of the industryExtremely deadline-driven and target-orientatedExcellent Organisational skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projectsStrong team orientation, with the ability to develop consensus within diverse groupsAchievement-orientatedThrives under pressure#J-18808-Ljbffr
