Internal Sales

Minimum requirements :

Preferable candidates must have ACCPAC experience, this will be advantage.

Duties will include but not limited to :

• Handle inbound sales calls, emails, and customer requests.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and track deliveries.
• Make outbound calls to customers to generate sales, follow up leads, and promote products.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to grow accounts and meet targets.
