About the Role
A boutique UK-based agency is seeking a motivated and highly organised PA / Recruitment Assistant to support its growing recruitment function.
This diverse and dynamic role combines personal assistant duties , candidate coordination , and project-based recruitment support . The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and takes pride in delivering structure, accuracy, and excellent communication.
You'll play a key role in managing the Director's daily operations, overseeing candidate administration, and assisting with the development and optimisation of recruitment processes and systems. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives, including CRM migration and process improvement projects .
Key Responsibilities
PA & Administrative Support
- Manage the Director's diary, inbox, and daily workflow with efficiency and discretion
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Prepare interview packs, candidate summaries, and recruitment documentation
- Maintain and update all candidate and client information within the company's CRM and recruitment systems
- Provide general administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth daily operations
Candidate Management
Conduct initial CV screenings and qualification calls with candidatesAssess candidate suitability based on client briefs and job requirementsRecord all notes, activity, and feedback accurately in the CRMEnsure an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely communicationProject-Based Recruitment Initiatives
Partner with the Director on strategic recruitment and operations projectsSupport the migration to new recruitment and CRM systems, including testing and data updatesContribute to the design and implementation of improved workflows and processesAssist in documenting SOPs and best-practice guides for consistent operationsAbout You

Essential Skills & Attributes
Experience in recruitment coordination, resourcing, or PA / administrative supportStrong CRM experience (e.g., Bullhorn, Manatal, HubSpot, or similar)Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detailClear, confident communicator with a professional, friendly mannerProficient in Microsoft Office and / or Google WorkspaceAble to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyDesirable Experience
Previous experience supporting senior recruiters or directorsExposure to system migrations, process design, or workflow optimisationFamiliarity with sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn tools, etc.)Availability to work UK business hoursSalary : 1000 pounds per month
