Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact
Develop and deliver strategic account plans to ensure growth, repeat business, and client satisfaction
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
Identify and convert new revenue opportunities, using market insight to build a strong pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting
Collaborate with internal teams (Insights, Operations) to ensure campaign planning and execution meet client KPIs
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable) :
Significant experience in account management / sales roles, with a proven track record of managing a sales pipeline within retail, marketing, or media
Experience managing and leading a sales team
An understanding of marketing theory and media planning, with the ability to interpret campaign performance reports
Exceptional ability to build rapport and trust with brands and clients
A degree-level qualification
