Chef de Partie | Luxury Guest Farm | Franschhoek

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled and professional Chef de Partie to join a luxury guest farm in Franschhoek. This role provides the opportunity to work in a high-end, open-plan kitchen environment with a focus on teamwork, professionalism, and culinary excellence.

Requirements :

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in professional kitchens

Formal culinary training

Open-minded and adaptable approach

Understanding of traditional kitchen hierarchy – must follow instructions from the Head Chef

Respectful and professional in an open-plan kitchen environment

Presentable appearance

Additional Benefits :

Transportation provided to and from Paarl

Transportation within Franschhoek

Salary :

R10,000 – R12,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
