Job description
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Gather and communicate client feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist the sales team in onboarding new clients and facilitating a seamless transition.
- Monitor client accounts, track key performance indicators, and ensure customer retention and growth.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during client engagements.
- Communicate well between sales team, analysts and clients
- Provide required information and documents to clients.
- Provide support and assistance to other management teams.

- Assist in Maintaining Management Documentation
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email.
- Ensure all documentation and communication are done according to company’s quality management system policies and procedures
