To help our sales team succeed, we’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who is passionate about coaching, process improvement, and building a culture of empathy and performance.

The Role

The Sales Enablement Specialist will empower our sales team by building processes, training programs, and coaching systems that support both performance and culture. While this role does not involve direct selling, it plays a critical part in ensuring the sales team has the tools, guidance, and environment to succeed. Reporting under HR & People Operations, you’ll partner closely with Sales leadership to align processes, reinforce culture, and drive results.

Requirements

3–5 years’ experience in sales enablement, training, or leadership development Strong knowledge of consultative sales and customer experience principles Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills Empathetic, motivating, and passionate about people development Strong organizational and analytical skills Preferred : Background in healthcare or professional services sales Preferred : Experience coaching or training leaders
