Key Responsibilities

• Order Management : Oversee customer orders and ensure specifications and requirements are met.
• Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule production and deliveries to meet deadlines.
• Inventory Control : Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished products; initiate replenishment where needed.
• Communication : Act as the link between customers, production, and suppliers to ensure clear updates on order status and timelines.
• Problem Solving : Resolve production or delivery challenges such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate order records, inventory logs, and production schedules.
• Quality Assurance : Collaborate with QC teams to confirm all products meet required standards before dispatch.
• Cost Management : Track and help control costs related to production and delivery.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
• Collaboration : Work with sales, production, and transport teams to ensure alignment across operations.
