CORE PURPOSE OF JOB
To ensure high standard of discipline is adhered to by students, thus fostering a conducive environment for learning, embracing University values, compliance with Higher Education Act and Student Disciplinary Policy. To ensure that all reported alleged student transgression(s) matters are properly recorded and handled. Play a crucial role in arranging set down dates for student disciplinary enquiries / hearings. In conjunction with Senior Director and Legal Advisors, facilitate issuing of notices to appear at the disciplinary enquiry, issuing of No Contact Orders, processing of sanctions, processing of review outcomes, etc. Arranging sessions for Pardon Committee meetings.
