Key Responsibilities :
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants
- Format CVs to a professional standard
- Assist with candidate screening and reference checks
- Run background and verification checks
- Manage and update our ATS / CRM systems
- Keep recruitment workflows running smoothly from start to finish
Experience & Skills :
2-3 years experience in a recruitment support / administrative roleExperience with ATS or CRM platforms (you know your way around tech tools)Exceptional attention to detail, you catch the small stuff others missAbility to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines like a proComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExperience with job boards , PNet, Executive Placements, Career24 or Career Junction (Advantageous)Experience sourcing candidates ( advantageous)#J-18808-Ljbffr
